Position: Quality Manager – Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, coach, and manage quality department staff
Oversee internal audits, non-conformance processes, and ISO 9001 compliance
Drive continuous improvement and corrective action initiatives
Lead hiring, training, and performance management of quality team
Collaborate with plant leadership to set and achieve quality objectives
Maintain calibration records and ensure proper use of measurement tools
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a quality leadership role, preferably in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to lead process improvements and manage quality systems
