Mission :
As a Quality Officer, you will support projects to comply with customer’s requirements and Alten Delivery Framework good practices. Your job will be split into 3 main activities: direct support to projects, auditing projects and participate to continuous improvement workshops. You will work closely with Technical Direction to improve the quality maturity of projects, and with quality managers from the group in workshops for continuous improvement.
Activities :
Under the responsibility and with the support of the Quality Assurance Manager, the Quality Officer shall:
Participate in the continuous improvement of internal projects through processes, methods and tools improvements.
Participate in project reviews and formalize feedback with a view to capitalizing on and improving ADF projects and processes.
Represent the quality function from the pre-sales phase and take part in project preparation and internal project launch meetings.
Explain and support projects in the implementation of project management processes and practices grouped within the ALTEN Group Delivery Framework (ADF).
Provide advice and suggestions for adapting project monitoring processes, methods, tools and indicators.
Participate in the causal analysis of problems encountered on projects by providing methodological support and guaranteeing effective root-cause escalation.
Review project activities through close monitoring and process audits to objectively assess adherence to ADF practices.
Communicate with management on the quality control of projects, and alert where necessary.
Act as quality focal point for the customer.

Training and Development: Ability to train and develop staff on quality standards and best practices.
Technical Proficiency: Understanding of the technical aspects of the industry, including knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and tools such as Six Sigma, ISO standards, and Total Quality Management (TQM).
Customer Focus: Understanding customer needs and ensuring that products or services meet or exceed their expectations.
Process Improvement: Continually looking for ways to improve processes and systems to enhance quality and efficiency.
Project Management: Planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they meet quality standards and deadlines.
Risk Management: support project managers in identifying potential risks to quality and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Critical Thinking: Evaluating complex situations, considering multiple perspectives, and making sound judgments.
Your profile:
Fluent in Dutch and English
0-3 years of experience in a similar position
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a technical field
