Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Officer to join our team at CFI. As the Quality Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our organization’s quality standards in both Customer Service and Sales functions. You will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and ensuring compliance with quality processes, standards, and regulations. Your ability to communicate effectively in Arabic, English will be vital in this role, as you’ll work with diverse teams and stakeholders across different regions.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct regular quality assessments and audits to ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for quality improvement.
– Develop and implement quality control plans and initiatives.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation, including reports, records, and quality manuals.
– Assist in the development and revision of quality policies and procedures.
– Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and suppliers in Arabic, English, and Brazilian Portuguese.
– Translate quality-related documents and communications as needed.
– Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards and best practices.
– Assist in the development of training materials and programs.:
– Investigate and analyze quality-related issues or non-conformities.
– Collaborate with teams to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
– Monitor and ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards.
– Assist in obtaining and maintaining relevant certifications.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Business Administration, or related).
At least 3 years’ experience in a quality assurance role.
Experience working with Customer Service & Sales functions.
Fluent in Arabic, English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations (if applicable).
