Evaluatesupport engagements against predetermined qualitybenchmarks.
Provideagents with constructive feedback and guidance duringregularmeetings.
Engagein dialogue with agents to elaborate on and clarifyfeedback.
Analysecustomer service metrics and their correlation with supportteamperformance.
Devisestrategies to enhance support
KPIs.Assistin enhancing agent performance through targeted guidanceandongoingsupport.
Identifytraining and onboarding needs and spearhead relevantinitiatives.
Monitorcustomer service performance at both individual agent andteamlevels.
Generatecomprehensive reports reflecting supportperformance.
Communicatesupport team performance findings to uppermanagement.
Participatein calibration sessions to ensure consistency ininternalevaluations.
