Your Key Responsibilities
1 Responsible to accomplish Quality Management tasks in new project Development Including product /process related risk assessment & Mitigation.
- Interaction with customers ,Internal & external stake holders to accomplish quality planning for new launches within project deadlines .
- To ensure implementations of safe launch process for new development programs.
- Responsible for tracking overall project management activities from quality side for engine & Transmission Products manufactured at SIL Pune as well as intercompany trading part projects .
- Responsible resolving customer complaints raised during safe launch /pre-launch phase
- Active participation with Project management and engineering team to get customer approvals as per projects milestones for Localizations and 4M/ECN .
In Addition to duties listed above ,the position holder must carry out task assigned by his/her superior that are essentially related to his/her duties.
Your Qualifications
- BE Degree
- Six to Eight years of experience in New project Quality (Quality Planning ).
- Good Knowledge of customer specific requirements.
- Good Knowledge of IATF core tools (APQP, MSA, PPAP , FMEA ,SPC, Control Plan)
- Having Experience to deal with customer MSIL ,
SMG ,HMI ,TML ,M&M ,VW,TOYOTA,STELLANTIS .
- Hands on Experience to handle customer Portals
