We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Support Analyst who understands code and software testing, can support our customers, and bridges the gap between our technical and non-technical teams!

We’re Upscope, a small but mighty tech startup based in London and Miami. Our mission? Making online interactions easy and effective through simple yet powerful tools – that’s why we built our cobrowsing products, HelloScreen & UserView! As our Miami team grows, we’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Support Analyst who’s keen to keep our products bug-free and our customers happy!
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per annum
Location: Brickell, Miami (4 days in-office, 1 day from home)
Main responsibilities
Conduct manual testing of our software to identify bugs and ensure a seamless user experience.
Write clear, detailed reports on issues identified, providing comprehensive reproduction steps for our development team.
Collaborate closely with our developers in London to find solutions and continuously improve our software.
Act as a bridge between our technical team in London and sales/marketing teams in Miami, clearly communicating technical information in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
Provide direct customer support, resolving technical inquiries effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction.
About you
You’ve worked in technical support, QA, or a similar role – and ideally, you’ve spent some time speaking directly with customers too.
You notice things others miss – being thorough and detail-focused is second nature to you.
You’re good at chatting tech with developers but even better at breaking it down simply for everyone else.
Your communication style is approachable, friendly, and clear.
You enjoy a dynamic, startup-style workplace – definitely not a corporate office vibe.
You live in or near Brickell, Miami, and are happy to commute into our office.
We are looking to conduct final, in-person interviews at our Brickell office between the 3rd – 13th of June, with a target start date around the end of June.
