Responsibilities
Monitoring Project and FAI product from beginning
Verify/ qualify project process/report
FAI claims investigate and report
Control FAI KPI
Build up and improve Project/FAI procedure/sop/report
Implement Improving Project
Participate in quality and risk assessments of projects.
Review and approve FAI (First Article Inspection) orders to ensure all equipment and processes are in place before assembly.
Contribute to developing assembly procedures and cleanroom standards.
Ensure customer requirements are adhered to and available.
Investigate and analyze customer claims.
Create FAI, PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), and other reports to send to customers for confirmation
Customer Claim Investigate, Coordinate with Relevant department
Participate Project defined by Manager
Consult to Manager/ Project leader any risk/ oppo. of project
Others request from Manager
Job Requirements
Preference for candidates with backgrounds in electronics or mechatronics.
As least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing/
Familiarity with tools such as DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), 8D, etc.
ISO 9001 requirement
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Good at English.
