MISSION:
Provide support in the daily operations of CRC Production, through pre-determined checks, inspections and assigned tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in a production environment setting required
Minimum 1 year working with any TQM system preferred
Education:
High School or GED
Skills:
Ability to lift up to 50-lbs frequently
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Ability to learn Business Management System (D3FO)
Time Management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good administrative and math skills
Good time management skills and strong attention to detail
Required activities include forklift driving, walking, and standing for long periods of time
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
General:
Approves incoming materials (non-chemical) after performing visual and measuring testing. Informs purchasing of necessary returns of rejected materials
Approves in-process production (machines, filters & sub-assemblies) after performing visual and measuring testing and communicates required adjustments to the Production Supervisor
Coordinates with production supervisor to RAF finished goods
Approves finished product upon visual and measuring testing and returning defected production for re-work
Documents inspection results in the corresponding logs and quality database
Maintains date in notebook or D3FO
Work internally and with suppliers to resolve quality problems/incidents, leading investigations with support of management
Report all quality issues to the QC Manager and follow up to ensure the corrective actions take place
Inspect and properly document the materials received
Maintains constant communication with the production floor (finding root causes for internal incidents, discrepancies, troubleshooting, etc.)
Document control standardization and revisions
Other responsibilities as assigned by management
