Infinity Retail Services, located in Turtle Lake, has an immediate, full-time opening for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our growing team of experts. We are seeking safe, enthusiastic, friendly, and service-oriented professionals to join our team!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee and ensure the quality of products by establishing and maintaining quality standards, managing the QA team, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
Spot check fixtures and products to ensure they meet Infinity’s quality standards and customer expectations.
Refer to prints and drawings for detailed measurements and part/fixture specifications
Support employees by answering questions and assisting where needed
Maintain excellent workmanship standards, organizational skills, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong orientation toward quality, safety and continuous improvement
Ability to work well in fast paced environment to meet team expectations
Understand and support company policies and procedures
Ability to take direction and act independently
Skills and Qualifications
Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to lead and motivate QA teams, delegate tasks, and provide guidance.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and implement solutions.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members and management
Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously review and analyze data, processes, and products.
