Responsibilities:
Adhere to General Work Requirements in coordination with Quality leadership
Research and document maintenance program requirements, including Inspection Program, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, etc.
Conduct aircraft inspections and compile accurate configuration reports
Establish maintenance requirements relevant to customer visits and prepare reports for delivery
Support Quality Inspectors and assist in returning aircraft to service
Ensure all work packages, records, and regulatory paperwork are complete and approved
Perform aircraft walk-around inspections and return-to-service procedures
Train, coach, and mentor team members
Provide data and reports to customers as needed
Qualifications:
Must hold an A&P Certificate
5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience (corporate or commercial jets)
At least 1 year of experience on Bombardier aircraft
Minimum 1 year as a Quality Inspector
Strong problem-solving and planning skills
Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
Customer-focused and able to develop others
Proficient with measuring tools, hand tools, and test equipment
