Job Description
Are you passionate about quality and precision in manufacturing? We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure consistent excellence in production. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining quality standards by inspecting processes, validating procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Work Experience
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-process inspections by roaming the production floor.
Perform visual checks on products throughout the manufacturing cycle.
Carry out incoming, in-process, and final audits to maintain quality control.
Inspect raw materials and finished parts for compliance, including plated, anodized, heat-treated, and painted components.
Generate, distribute, and maintain inspection reports.
Identify and document non-conforming products, tagging items accordingly.
Maintain thorough documentation as required by customers and internal processes.
Utilize precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and pin gauges.
Assist in audits and system improvements to drive manufacturing excellence.
Qualifications & Skills:
2+ years of experience in quality inspection.
Background in metal stamping and fabrication (Laser cutting, forming, welding, and assembly processes).
Knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 experience is a plus).
Strong math skills and the ability to interpret blueprints.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
