At Rabea Tea, a pioneer in the FMCG sector, we are expanding our Quality, Safety, and Manufacturing Excellence division in Giza, Egypt. We are looking for an experienced Quality, Safety & Health (QHSE) Manager to spearhead our commitment to delivering the highest standards of quality to millions of consumers.
What you will do:
Lead the implementation and optimization of FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and ISO 45001 management systems.
Drive a robust safety and quality culture across our Giza operations.
Partner with production to embed continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence principles.
Manage regulatory compliance and maintain strategic relations with authorities like NFSA.
What we are looking for:
8+ years of QHSE experience within the Food & Beverage / FMCG industry, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Strong background in local regulatory laws and international standards (ISO/HACCP/NEBOSH).
A proactive leader with excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills.
Based in or willing to work in Giza, Egypt.
