Quality Specialist required for a major Offshore Windfarm Developer in the Northeast.

Key Responsibilities
Promote a culture of Quality excellence across engineering and project teams
Act as a subject matter expert in Quality processes
Train and coach project personnel on Quality tools and best practices
Identify and share best practices within the EPC Quality Forum
Support Project Quality Management to reduce quality risks
Encourage continual improvement initiatives and lessons learned
Facilitate the use of Synergi for managing Quality processes
Support the Cost of Quality Process
Work closely with Project Quality Managers to implement quality initiatives
Requirements:
5+ years of Quality related experience
A degree in a relevant field such as Quality, Engineering, or a related discipline is desirable.
Industry recognized Quality qualifications including certifications or accreditation from organizations such as ASQ, EOQ, IAQ etc., are a plus.
Experience working in international and cross-cultural teams
Fluency in English Language
Work Conditions
Schedule:
5-day workweek, 8-hour days
Hybrid/Flexible Work Arrangement
Up to 1 week of international travel per month
