Torsus and Pulsar Expo are looking for a Quality Specialist who will play an important role in ensuring and improving the quality of our processes and products. In this position, you will be responsible for quality control in production, resolving complaints, analyzing the causes of defects and proposing corrective actions. You will work with the manufacturing team, overseeing compliance with standards and helping to build a company-wide quality culture.
Job Responsibilities:
Performs physical inspection of material at the input, intermediate and output control – material from external suppliers.
Inspection from internal laser burning.
Performing physical inspection of material and products.
Recording measurement results and assessing the condition of non-conforming material.
Supporting experienced colleagues in the team.
Participating in test runs.
Active communication with other departments.
Job Requirements:
University degree in a technical field (e.g. quality, engineering, production management)
Experience in complaint resolution and quality process improvement.
Good knowledge of quality standards (e.g. ISO 900).
Experience with internal and external audits is an advantage.
Ability to analyze root causes of defects (e.g. 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA methods).
Experience in evaluating qualitative indicators.
Consistency and precision in product, process and documentation inspection.
Proficient in English communication.
