SUMMARY
Inspection of trailers and parts after the Manual and Auto Line paint process, verifying a high-quality paint standard.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Actively observe and promote BWise safety standards
Visually inspect quality of powder coat finish on trailers.
Look for insufficient coverage, foreign material and defects in topcoat.
Verify coating up to Quality and Coating Standards by conducting adhesion and cure tests.
Touch up any required areas by using an aerosol can of matching paint.
Communicate inspected findings to Painters in a timely manner.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Other duties, as assigned by Department Supervisor
