Job Description:
Collaborate with the Food Safety Team Leader (FSTL) to address and resolve challenges related to food safety & quality concerns in the factory.Â
To maintain & follow up on strict adherence to food safety regulations and internal standards for all product manufacturing in the factory.Â
Collaborate with the Food Safety Team Leader (FSTL) to effectively implement and maintain factory certification & regulatory compliance.Â
Responsible for the effective monitoring of hygiene staff and liaison with external pest control providers.Â
Coordinate and deliver all necessary regulatory food safety training for factory food handlers, meticulously tracking completion and refresher cycles.Â
Participate in root cause analysis alongside the Food Safety Team Leader (FSTL) to address customer complaints.Â
Daily site visits to monitor and ensure effective Line Quality Control (QC) process implementation.Â
Collaborate with the Food Safety Team Leader (FSTL) to conduct annual mock recalls and traceability exercises.Â
Undertake additional duties as assigned and actively participate in projects focused on process improvement and continual excellence.
Skills or Competencies:
FSSC 22000:2018 internal auditor – preferred
HACCP level 3 or 4 expert.
ISO 22000:2018 internal auditor.
GMP/GHP expert in manufacturing.
Required Education:
Postgraduate/M.Sc. Food Science or,
Postgraduate/M.Sc. Food Technology and Quality Assurance or,
B Tech/MTech in Food Engineering
