Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a PPAP-Quality Inspection Documentation Specialist located in Tirupati, with some work-from-home flexibility. The specialist will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining PPAP documents, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing production processes, performing quality audits, and collaborating with relevant departments to address quality control issues.
Qualifications
Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Auditing skills
Strong Analytical Skills
Excellent Communication skills
Experience in a quality inspection or related role
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Proficiency with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (EEE, ECE & EIE), Quality Management, or related field
Salary is not constraint for experienced candidate

Documentation for PPAP Submission
Common elements of a PPAP package for electronic components include:
Design records (drawings, BOM)
DFMEA, PFMEA
Control Plan
Process Flow Diagram
Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR)
Capability Studies (Cpk, Ppk)
Appearance Approval Report (if applicable)
