Job Description: As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our customer service operations. You will monitor and evaluate the performance of our agents, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular audits of customer interactions to ensure compliance with company standards.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents to improve performance.
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role within a BPO environment.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using quality monitoring tools and software.
