Summary
We are seeking a QC Technician to join our team at Island Operating Company. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting quality inspections and ensuring compliance with established standards. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough quality inspections of products using various measurement tools and software.
Utilize vision inspection systems to assess product quality and identify defects.
Analyze inspection data to ensure compliance with QA/QC standards.
Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols in alignment with ISO 9001 standards.
Assist in the development and documentation of quality systems and procedures.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Experience with using and working with Flir OGI inspections. (must have)
Requirements
Experience with using and working with Flir OGI inspections. (must have)
Proven experience as a QC Technician in an Oil & Gas / Pipeline environment.
Strong understanding of QA/QC processes and methodologies.
Familiarity with vision inspection systems and measurement tools.
Analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate data analysis.
Experience working with and utilizing SAP.
