What You’ll Do:

Provide strategic oversight and supervision for Bristol Hospice’s Quality Assurance program, ensuring alignment with clinical operations and business objectives.

Serve as a key resource for identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues that impact organizational quality and compliance.

Lead quality management activities including patient care reviews, compliance audits, concurrent and retrospective analysis, and performance improvement initiatives.

Collect, interpret, and report data trends related to utilization, outcomes, and quality indicators, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Integrate quality assurance initiatives seamlessly with overall enterprise goals, facilitating collaboration across clinical and business teams.

Deliver effective education and training programs on quality standards in both electronic and in-person formats.

What You Bring:

Active RN licensure (BSN preferred) with at least 2 years of nursing experience (hospice nursing strongly preferred).

Minimum 1 year of management experience in hospice or a related healthcare organization preferred.

Proven experience with Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) processes.

Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and accreditation standards applicable to hospice care.

Expertise in regulatory standards, quality monitoring techniques, statistical analysis, and total quality management principles.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to effectively guide diverse teams and stakeholders.

Ability to adapt to flexible work hours and environments, including remote and office-based settings.

Valid driver’s license, insured and reliable vehicle, with willingness for occasional travel.

Compliance readiness, including willingness to undergo criminal background checks, OIG screenings, drug/alcohol testing, and physical demands associated with office environments.
