Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the quality control team to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and facilities.
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
Train and educate staff on food safety and quality control practices.
Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues or customer complaints.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production and quality assurance.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in food quality control or a related role.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
Proficiency in quality control software and tools.
