Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position involves conducting thorough inspections, performing quality audits, and utilizing precision measuring instruments to maintain adherence to industry regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process.
Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with CGMP and FDA regulations.
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers for accurate measurements.
Collect and analyze data related to product quality and performance.
Maintain documentation of inspection results and quality systems in accordance with ISO 13485 standards.
Identify defects or non-conformities and work collaboratively with production teams to implement corrective actions.
Assist in the development and improvement of quality control processes.
Skills
Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques and methodologies.
Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers.
Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with team members.
