About the Role
CJR Renewables is looking for a Quality Supervisor to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality wind and photovoltaic projects across our region. In this role, you will make sure our projects meet CJR’s quality standards, as well as national and international legislation, helping us maintain the certifications needed to operate successfully.
What You’ll Do
- Review new project proposals and clarification requests to spot potential gaps early
- Prepare and maintain Quality Plans, procedures, and inspection/testing plans in line with local law and client requirements
- Monitor quality indicators and support risk and opportunity management across projects
- Manage non-conformities, complaints, and improvement opportunities
- Carry out quality inspections and audits on site, and prepare clear reports
- Support the pre-qualification and evaluation of subcontractors and suppliers
- Check that equipment used on site has valid calibration certificates
- Keep project quality documentation organized and up to date (SharePoint)
- Contribute to staff training needs and participate in training program design
- Build strong working relationships with clients, project teams, and subcontractors
- Support the preparation of the project’s final QHSE dossier (“As Built” documentation)
- Promote continuous improvement and help implement Kaizen initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- min. 2 years of experience in quality management, ideally in construction, EPC, or renewable energy projects
- Civil engineering education
- Good knowledge of QHSE standards and local legal/regulatory requirements
- Fluent in English and Romanian as must-have
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with technical documentation and site inspections
- Good communication skills, able to work with both internal teams and clients
