Role Description The Quality Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Industrial Zone. This role is responsible for supervising daily quality control activities across production lines, ensuring that products meet established quality standards and specifications. The Quality Supervisor will monitor in-process inspections, review test results, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with production and maintenance teams. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating quality documentation, supporting internal and external audits, training line staff on quality procedures, and reporting quality metrics to management. The role also involves identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, promoting a culture of quality, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant industry standards.
Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in quality disciplines, including Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Quality Management and Product Quality practices, including setting standards, KPIs, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, investigate root causes, and recommend practical improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • Experience with ISO or similar quality management systems, documentation control, and audit support.
  • Effective communication and supervisory skills, with the ability to train and guide production teams on quality procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site in an Industrial Zone environment.
  • Familiarity with stationery, packaging, or FMCG manufacturing processes is an advantage.
