My client just west of Milwaukee is seeking a quality supervisor to oversee their team of technicians and inspectors. You will be:
assigning work to team
coaching employees on inspection standards
determining escalation of product concerns
working on process improvements
work with customer service and shipping to meet customer requests
Experience with metrology
You should have at least 5 years experience with increasing responsibility within quality and manufacturing.
