Position Objective:
Assure the customer of possible deviations in the process that have an impact on the final product by performing containments during the different shifts as well as ensuring the FPS result by acting immediately in case of deviations in the process.
Supervise the interactions of the Quality Technicians of confection and vulcanizing to ensure the best results in terms of Safety, Quality and Production following the standards proposed by the company

Personnel management
Management of shift activities
Responsibilities:
Personnel Administration
Attend external and internal audits based on standards applicable to the company.
Execution of LPA and 5S’s audits.
Provide safety dialogue to employees and execution of BBS/Green Cards.
Effectively execute non-conforming product containments
Ensure the FPS target set by management.
Maintain production stoppages in target
Support in the follow-up of non-conforming areas
Support in special follow-ups for improvements in FPS results and/or product performance.
