Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and support daily quality operations in partnership with the Quality Manager
Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements
Conduct routine data entry, reporting, and maintenance of quality documentation and logs
Participate in and support internal audits, customer audits, and certification renewals
Serve as a key player in maintaining and improving site-level quality programs as we scale production
Make routine quality decisions independently; escalate more complex decisions to the Quality Manager
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in quality assurance within a food manufacturing or production environment
Prior supervisory experience, or a strong quality technician ready for a leadership step-up
Hands-on familiarity with food safety programs (HACCP, GMP, etc.)
