Role:
Quality Supervisor / Quality Team Leader – Mon to Fri, 7:00am till 4:30pm
Salary:  £35,000 to £38,000 per annum, plus overtime paid at x1.5 and x2.0, benefits & progression opportunities
Working Hours:
Mon to Fri, 7am till 4:30pm
Location:
Commutable from Barrow Upon Humber, Barton Upon Humber, Ulceby, Immingham, Grimsby, Brigg and surrounding areas
A new and
exciting
permanent role has come available for a Quality Supervisor / Quality Team Leader to join a skilled & motivated team within a
fast-paced
production environment. Its a great opportunity for someone with passion and keenness to make a role their own and shape the future of this factory.
The Role
Leading a team of 3 and remaining hands on, your core areas of focus are:
Ensure the factory remains ISO 9001 compliant and taking the lead with all external audits.
Getting factory prepared for all external audits.
Management of the Quality Management System.
Delegation of work to the team, ensure objectives are being met.
Gemba walks, with a strong focus on continuous improvements.
Staff appraisals and mapping out any training requirements.
Run the
Quality Assurance
Lab effectively and efficiently.
Spending time in both the factory and laboratory.
Provide analysis and reports from internal controls and customer complaints.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience in Quality, ideally in an leading role – team leader, supervisor or manager
Familiar with Quality Standards, ideally ISO 9001
Familiar with a Quality Management System
Most industries and environments considered;
Industrial or Manufacturing or Chemical or Production etc
Strong communicator who is passionate for success
Good computer skills
