Crown Staffing is hiring Quality Supervisors for a manufacturing opportunity in Lima, OH. This position is ideal for an experienced manufacturing leader with strong quality, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Quality Supervisor Responsibilities
- Supervise quality inspection and sorting operations at multiple customer locations.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and logistics to meet customer requirements.
- Train, coach, and mentor quality personnel to ensure performance standards are met.
- Communicate directly with customers regarding quality concerns and production requirements.
- Monitor team compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
- Review and maintain inspection records, training documentation, and production reports.
- Manage employee performance and provide ongoing feedback and support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and follow-up.
Requirements
- Recent supervisory or leadership experience required within the last 12 months.
- Recent manufacturing experience required; automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience managing multiple projects, inspections, or work teams simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related computer systems.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends as needed.
- Stable work history with demonstrated longevity required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
