Quality Supervisor Jobs in Dundee, MI at Stellantis
Inspection and testing of Test boxes and Cable harness assemblies based on drawings, schematics and Customer specifications using appropriate tools and fixtures.
Inspect raw materials, components, and assemblies including: PCBs, cables, Test Boxes, sheet metal, to ensure conformance to specifications.
Perform First Article Inspection of new parts.
Read and interpret engineering drawings including specifications, process documents and written or oral instructions.
Understand the application and use of all types of precision measuring instruments used in inspection, including interpretations of tolerance requirements.
Report on discrepancies or conditions that would result in defective materials. Interact with Vendors, Buyers, Engineering staff and Production team.
Create and maintain various inspection records including, FAIRS, Inspection & Test reports, quality files, and databases.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Quality Supervisor or Team Leader.
Skills / Requirements,
Good written and verbal communication and interaction skills.
Ability to use standard inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gages, microscope, digital multimeters, etc.
Ability to read specifications, procedures, and work instructions.
Good computer skills with knowledge of using Word and Excel.
Ability to follow written work instructions.
Attention to detail a must.
Experienced in Test and inspection in the manufacturing environment.
Required experience:
Minimum one year experienced as inspector is required.
Knowledge of IPC-610 (PCBA) and IPC-620 (Cable/Harness assembly) is a plus.

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
