Job Description:
You are responsible for maintaining the quality framework, implemented by and for SDSI.
This framework is intended to be pragmatic and relies on the designated process managers, belonging to the organization.
You will also have to organize and promote the implementation and adoption of this framework by the teams of the different SDSIs sites to ensure consistent overall operation.
To do this, you will also have to set up rituals that ensure the implementation and effectiveness of this framework (Process Reviews, Internal Audits).
In addition to this main activity, you are the representative of SDSIs to the ISO 9001 / EN 9100 / AQAP 2110 certification bodies accreditation (Monitoring, Audits, Action Plans).
For all these activities, you will have to ensure that the knowledge of the members of the organization is maintained and support operational teams in implementing the evolutions of the QMS .
Finally, you are responsible for archiving and putting online the Quality system documents issued by the teams.
Co-ordinate for DACI/Regulatory/QMS/Vendor/Supplier audits
Key Responsibilities:
You have strong experience in Quality System Management.

communication skills
and the ability to summarize / synthetize key information.
You have experience in cross-functional management and know how to work in a team both internally and in external bodies.
You are pragmatic and know how to work under constraints.
You know how to juggle between several projects and define priorities.
You are rigorous and results oriented.
You are comfortable in an international context.
You practice
continuous improvement
methodologies.
You have skills and an appetite for digital documentary tools.
