Job Summary

Drive the execution and transformation of Quality Systems (QS) at site level, including Computer Aided Quality (CAQ) systems (Babtec

Q, CM MES, EtQ, Windchill, Compliance Wire). Oversee ERP issues, procedures, and understanding. Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to ensure progress on Quality System initiatives and resolve issues. Support site readiness for deploying these initiatives. Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of the Quality System. Assist in document control as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Apply principles, theories, and concepts in your field of specialization.

Maintain working knowledge of related disciplines and develop non-standard approaches.

Provide solutions to difficult problems with innovative, thorough, and practical approaches.

Work under general supervision, independently determining approaches and solutions.

Exercise good judgment in scheduling and risk management.

Ensure work meets objectives and quality standards.

Share responsibility for the impact of technical decisions on project schedules and goals.

Lead projects, contribute to feasibility assessments, and represent the organization in solving technical problems.

Maintain a safe work environment and support safety and environmental initiatives.

Support deployment of process initiatives, manage UAT, oversee SAP IT and Service Now tickets related to QS software, and collaborate on mass data loads.

Develop site resources’ competency in CAQ Software and change management through training and guidance.

Support CAPAs, NCs, and audit activities, including internal and external audits and remediation.

Coordinate document control activities, including change management and document archiving.

Perform additional duties as assigned, including mentorship and employee management if applicable.

Job Qualifications Knowledge Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 4-8 years of related experience or equivalent.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and data formats (JSON, XML, CSV).

Understanding of SQL, Python, and basic statistics.

Experience with structured data.

Preferred Requirements

Experience in medical device manufacturing, regulatory compliance, process improvement, statistical analysis, root cause techniques, and quality documentation management.

Proficiency in EtQ, Babtec

Q, Windchill, Compliance Wire, and MES software.

Preferred Competencies

Build trusting relationships, decisiveness, resilience, continuous self and team development, and agility in responding to change.
