Our client, a leading manufacturing organization located in Danbury, CT is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Systems Coordinator to join their team. As a vital member of the Quality Department supporting the Engineering and Quality teams, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving quality processes within the Danbury, CT facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to quality management, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Quality Systems Coordinator
Location: Danbury, CT
Pay Range: $30/hr +
What’s the Job?
- Coordinate documentation activities including preparing, formatting, and revising quality documents such as SOPs, work instructions, and forms.
- Track and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Management of Change (MOC), and Material Review Board (MRB) activities to ensure timely completion and compliance.
- Facilitate meetings related to MOC and MRB, including note-taking and updating system records.
- Coordinate updates to Control Plans and FMEAs based on feedback from MRB, customer complaints, and quality events.
- Compile and analyze quality system metrics, prepare reports, and maintain dashboards to support continuous improvement efforts.
What’s Needed?
- Experience supporting Quality Systems in a manufacturing or regulated environment, with knowledge of document control, CAPA, MOC, and MRB processes.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs or similar systems.
- Effective communication skills across functions and levels within the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
