We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality File Reviewer to join our team in the Ladder Assist Industry. In this role, you will review inspection documentation submitted by field technicians and ensure all reports meet accuracy and quality standards. You will also generate billing estimates based on inspection findings and submit them to the appropriate insurance companies.
This is a remote, (1099) position offering the opportunity to work independently while contributing to a dynamic, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Review documentation and photos submitted by ladder assist field technicians.
Verify accuracy and completeness of inspection files.
Generate invoices for billing based on inspection details.
Submit completed reports to insurance carriers within designated timelines.
Communicate with internal team members to resolve discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company protocols and industry standards.
Maintain confidentiality of all customer and insurance information.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (required) college or specialized training preferred.
Previous experience in quality assurance, invoicing, or insurance claims (required).
Familiarity with property insurance and ladder assist inspection processes is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and correct errors quickly.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Windows-based systems.
Solid time management and organizational skills.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Average to above-average typing speed.
Must have access to:
A stable high-speed internet connection
A modern computer system (printer not required)
A mobile phone (iPhone preferred)
