Role Description
- Coordinate and maintain the IMS in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and relevant standards.
- Manage document control, including issuance, revision, approval and retention.
- Plan and conduct internal audits; follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.
- Manage NCR/CAR and support root cause analysis, CAPA and effectiveness verification.
- Monitor quality KPIs, audit results and non-conformities; prepare IMS reports.
- Conduct IMS awareness training and support certification/customer audits.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in IMS, QMS, Quality System, QA or Internal Audit within manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001; ISO 14001/45001 is an advantage.
- Experience in Document Control, Internal Audit and CAPA.
- Familiar with 5 Why, Fishbone and 8D.
- ISO Internal Auditor certification is preferred; Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
- Good MS Office/ERP skills and strong coordination & communication skills.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
