What you would do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Designing and implementing quality management systems (QMS) that align with ISO standards and regulatory frameworks
- Conducting internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality policies and industry regulations
- Identifying gaps in current processes and recommending improvements to strengthen quality controls
- Documenting quality procedures, work instructions and control mechanisms
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate quality standards into operational workflows
- Supporting regulatory submissions and managing documentation for compliance activities
- Monitoring and reporting on key quality metrics and audit findings to leadership
What you could bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
Must-have
- 2–5 years of experience in quality management, quality assurance or compliance roles
- Working knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) frameworks and ISO standards
- Experience conducting or supporting audit activities
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk assessment principles
- Strong documentation and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Authorization to work in the United States
Nice-to-have
- Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification
- Experience in regulated industries (medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare or similar)
- Familiarity with quality management software platforms
