Accountabilities
Manage documentation issuance, including procedures, test methods, specifications, validations, and study reports.
Ensure data entry and archival processes support documentation and training activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to facilitate timely implementation of document change requests.
Assist and troubleshoot customer issues as an EDMS super user, ensuring document accuracy and completeness.
Support audits, update training curricula, and interact with departments to prioritize documentation needs.
Multitask across multiple functional quality system areas effectively.
Essential Skills/Experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably Cell Therapy or Biologics.
Strong verbal and written
communication skills
.
Excellent organizational skills and
attention to detail
.
Analytical and
problem-solving skills
.
Ability to work well in a high-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Knowledge of GMP SOPs and quality system processes.
Understanding of global GxP regulations.
Ability to communicate and work independently with scientific/technical personnel at all levels.
Experience in the pharmaceutical or bio-pharmaceutical field.
