OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Systems Specialist III to join a well-known client’s team onsite in Santa Monica, California. The Quality Systems Specialist III will collaborate with global Quality teams to compile, analyze, and present key quality data, while also providing support across core Quality Management System (QMS) processes. This position is ideal for a quality professional with strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills who thrives in a cross-functional environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Management Review & Reporting
• Compile and analyze quality data in support of Quarterly Executive Management Review activities.
• Develop and maintain executive-level PowerPoint presentations utilizing data and input from global business stakeholders.
• Review and interpret Quality System reports, dashboards, and metrics to create meaningful management summaries.
• Ensure quality metrics are accurate, complete, and presented in a clear and professional manner for executive audiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with global Quality teams and business stakeholders to gather information and complete key deliverables.
• Manage inputs from multiple contributors and ensure timely completion of Management Review materials.
• Communicate effectively across functions to resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues.
Quality Systems Support
• Provide support for Quality Management System (QMS) processes, including:
o Deviations
o CAPAs
o Change Controls
o Document Control
• Review Quality System records and associated data within Veeva QMS.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to Quality Systems reporting and compliance.
EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years of experience within Quality Systems, Quality Assurance, or a related GxP-regulated environment.
• Experience supporting Management Review programs and quality metrics reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva QMS.
• Experience compiling, analyzing, and presenting quality data to leadership audiences.
• Experience working in cross-functional and global team environments.
Preferred:
• Experience supporting Document Control processes.
• Experience within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated industries.
EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, quality, business, or related discipline preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to coordinate and manage deliverables from multiple contributors.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
