Job Summary
Growing manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Quality Systems Supervisor. This position is located near Wetumpka, Alabama. The Quality Systems Supervisor will oversee a team of 12 employees as well as lead all quality management system initatives.
The salary is commensurate with experience ranging up to $95K and other great benefits! All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
Manages work flow by monitoring steps of the process, setting process variables, observing control points, monitoring personnel, and developing reporting procedures and systems
Implement existing quality assurance standards and make adjustments as necessary to enhance quality standards or adjustments
Recommend and implement action plans to correct deviations noted during daily work, internal and/or external audits
Qualifications
