About the Role: We are looking for a Quality Team Lead to drive excellence in service quality, process improvements, and operational efficiency. This role involves team management, quality monitoring, root cause analysis (RCA), reporting, and coaching , ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs while fostering continuous improvement.
Responsibilities –
Lead the quality team , providing coaching and feedback.
Conduct RCA , reducing incident recurrence.
Ensure SLA adherence and minimize service disruptions.
Implement best practices, improving efficiency.
Prepare quality reports and drive data-driven improvements.
Conduct calibrations to align processes with business goals.
Qualifications-
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any domain.
-5+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in search relevance, information retrieval, or similar domains, and 2+ years of experience leading QA teams.
Required Skills-
-Experience in quality assurance, incident management, or process improvement .
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills .
-Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and quality frameworks .
