Quality Control – Final Inspector

What you will enjoy doing*
You will perform inspections of parts and assemblies in accordance with applicable Engineering criteria, documents, drawings, and workmanship standards
You will perform inspections using Precision Measurement equipment/devices
You will coordinate calibration activities and maintain records of various tools, instruments and gauges used for Product acceptance or Verification/Validation
You will ensure proper operation of measurement equipment by following operating instructions
You will assist Engineering and Operations in the investigation of non-conformities
You will ensure proper documentation including fine print details on all product certifications
You will complete other duties as assigned
What makes you great
A High School Diploma/GED is required in this role
Extensive knowledge of common inspection measuring equipment including, surface plates, micrometers, height gauges, radius gages, bore gauges, and dial indictors
Moreover you must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends and holidays as needed
Minimum of 3 years of inspection, or other Quality, experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong written and verbal communication skills is required
Near Vision Acuity of 20/30 (Correction allowed)
