What you will do:
Conduct daily analysis and testing within the quality control program, including data analysis, system evaluation, and product assessment. Ensure efficient operations and correct irregularities. Review processes to meet short-term and long-term quality standards aligned with business objectives.
How you will do it:
Support manufacturing to meet requirements proactively
Identify issues through audits and collaborate with leadership for resolution and prevention
Use data to identify root causes of special cause events
Handle transactions in SAP, Access, and NMR databases
Compile data and create PowerPoint presentations on quality metrics
Proactively communicate potential quality issues to leadership
Resolve problems during quality activities and implement approved solutions
Suggest process improvements based on quality findings
Maintain knowledge of manufacturing standards
Participate in cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
Assist the Quality Engineer on special projects
Perform other duties as assigned
What we look for:
Ability to work safely at all times, with a customer-focused, team-oriented attitude
Manufacturing experience with drawing reading, inspection, troubleshooting, and reporting
Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as needed
Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and computer skills
Effective communication and organizational skills
Willingness to learn quality tools such as Control Plan, Flow Chart, PFMEA, 8D, SPC, A3, and ISO 9001
