TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Quality Inspector located in Coffeyville, Kansas. This is a 1st shift position. Pay is $15hr.
Overall Purpose
Ensure Quality services and support for all missions assigned to their site.
Reports to
Site Supervisor/Site Leads
Responsibilities
(To include but not limited to the following)
Client Relationship & Business Development
Act as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria.
Operations
Performs quality inspection / quality audits on incoming material using hand gaging and visual techniques to determine conformance to specifications and fitness for use.
Contains non-conforming parts and/or sub-assemblies.
Uses methods such as de-rusting, grinding, drilling, tapping, assembly and/or disassembly to rectify non-conforming material.
Determines the tools and equipment needed to do the job.
Use hoists and hand tools to deburr and clean parts.
Operate a forklift to pull parts and load/unload trucks.
Drive a 26-ft box truck between the warehouse and the customer’s factory.
Other duties as assigned.
Organization & Management
Communicate sort/inspection results to managers, supervisors and production source.
Technical
MUST be able to use basic hand tools such as gaging, drills, taps, grinders and/or sanders to repair and/or clean parts and/or sub-assemblies.
Utilize company portal for time recording and policy acknowledgements.

Any other duties as assigned.
