Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help to maintain the Company’s Quality Management Systems.
- Ensuring products are manufactured according to design specification.
- Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production.
- Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes.
- Evaluating final output of products to determine their quality.
- Rejecting products that fail quality standards.
- Follow process guidelines and resolve quality concerns.
- Engaging with customers and gathering product feedback as required.
- Reporting to upper management on quality issues.
- Evaluating defective material and product recalls.
- Improving production efficiency and managing waste.
- Perform internal audits to ensure the conformity of the Company’s QMS.
- Assist with tools and or machine calibration requirements.
Skills:
- High school degree with experience in the field.
- 1 – 2 years of quality experience in manufacturing environment.
- Technical proficiency must be able to use computers and generate reports.
- Excellent math abilities and knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods to create and review processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A desire to help others achieve their best.
- Willingness to assist other departments to develop solutions and metrics.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Occasionally will be asked to work weekends.
Travel:
Some travel is expected for this position apart from possible travel for training or supplier visits.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position can be quite active and require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. The employee might need to lift and/or move items over 60 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
