Now, we’re looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Compliance team—someone who knows that high standards are more than paperwork—they’re the backbone of exceptional care.

As our Quality Assurance Specialist, you’ll support compliance efforts across programs, lead training initiatives, perform investigations aligned with OPWDD standards, and promote continuous improvement. What You’ll Be Doing
Train & Empower: Develop and deliver agency-wide staff training that meets OPWDD, state, and federal requirements.
Audit & Improve: Conduct internal audits and follow up with corrective action planning. Offer technical support post-audit or after investigations.
Investigate: Perform investigations as per OPWDD regulations and help drive improvement based on findings.
Support Compliance: Collaborate with program leadership to strengthen best practices, provide technical guidance, and promote a culture of learning.
Liaise & Represent: Attend external meetings, trainings, and forums with governing agencies.

Compensation: Starting at 58,240 annually
Work Environment: In-person, based in Jamaica, NY
