In this role, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, identifying deviations, and recommending improvements to maintain product quality. You will also take on preventive tasks like internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Your Role:
Review and implement HSV, DIN, and ISO standards.
Create and maintain up-to-date checklists for production processes.
Provide advice and feedback on the shop floor to improve processes.
Track and report product deviations or rejections.
Organize Material Review Board (MRB) sessions and support Inspection Goods Control (IGK).
Participate in Production Readiness Reviews (PRR) and First Article Inspections (FAI).
Functie-eisen
What You Bring:
MBO level 3/4 in Mechatronics, Electronics, or equivalent experience.
Experience with quality standards like ISO 9001 and AS9100.
Familiarity with Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
Expertise in product inspection and documentation management.
Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills.
