We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to assess adherence to established quality standards.
Analyze data from quality inspections to identify trends, areas for improvement, and corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product quality.
Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control processes, inspections, and corrective actions taken.
Lead root cause analysis investigations for non-conformities and implement preventive measures.
Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to quality management.
Skills
Proven experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) roles within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and implementation of quality management systems.
Familiarity with FDA regulations is desirable.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with various departments and presenting findings.
Ability to lead teams in achieving quality objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
