Key Responsibilities:

2. Service Referral/Documentation Review: Review documentation for accuracy and completeness, verifying that all necessary details are present and correct.
3. Miscellaneous Tasks: Focus primarily on completing specific tasks within a set time frame.
This position is more task-oriented, with the QA Specialist ensuring that data entry and documentation review processes are carried out accurately and efficiently, supporting the overall quality assurance efforts. Candidates for this position may be asked to complete a computer skills assessment.
Associate’s degree and child welfare related experience both preferred.
