Resinoid Engineering Corporation is currently seeking a responsible individual familiar with Microsoft Office and working knowledge of at least Word and Excel. Main functions of this position will require a “hands on” approach to many quality functions, including, but not limited to proficiency in blue print reading and GD&T, experience in operating a CMM, (Candidate will be responsible for operating a 1808 Manual Sheffield Cordax with Measure Max Software), performing full dimensional layouts, PPAP (First Article) submissions and capability studies. Candidate will need to be ISO 9001 certified. Additionally, candidate will be responsible for developing and administering Control Plans, FMEA’s, Flow Plans, and able to perform gage calibration on mics, calipers, pin gages, indicators, pyrometers, etc.
Candidate should have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, ASQ certification(s) or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality field in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask are a must. Knowledge of SPC, experience as a trainer in a manufacturing environment, internal auditor experience and problem solving skills are desired.
