Quality Technician – 1st Shift Jobs in Groveport, OH at kdc/one
The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC), with a strong background in both operations and systems. This role will be critical in ensuring the quality and compliance of our drug development and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and approve master batch records, stability reports, and analytical data.
Oversee QA and QC activities to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and procedures.
Conduct internal audits and support external audits and regulatory inspections.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Provide leadership and guidance to QA and QC teams.
Ensure continuous improvement of quality systems and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred.
5-10+ years of experience in QA and QC within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations and guidelines.
Proven experience in reviewing master batch records, stability reports, and analytical data.
Strong understanding of quality systems and operations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
